There are processes and there are buying behaviours when it come to signing up your new customers and keeping them as a repeat customer.
But when a customer doesn't make a purchase, or doesn't reorder, instead of trying to understand them, most network marketers will make it about themselves and take it personally. Too often you are simply trying to move them through the process before they're ready, or by skipping important steps because you don't understand what they need.
