When I started, I didn't have a huge network, but I did have a network of people who loved me and who were also looking for something different. But that doesn't mean I didn't struggle to build my team. I was able to recruit right from the get-go, but I had to really fumble my way through the process, because I wasn't being taught how to recruit with ease and from a place of posture.

And when I did finally have a pretty sizeable team, I struggled to get them to do anything, let alone recruit more people and get them to do anything.

So here I was on another hamster wheel, having traded one for the other...throwing out random strategies and tactics to bring in new leads and have long drawn out conversations and presentations, to finally get someone to enrol...and then do nothing!
