Not sure what to post on social media to make sales and enrol new team members? Well first off, I need you to stop seeing content as transactional. What I mean is, are you asking yourself, will this get them to buy?" Instead of thinking, does this provide value? Does this educate, entertain, or inspire my audience to take action?
Content builds on content. Its meant to create curiosity and drive conversation. And that's what drives sales. You want to take your people on a journey, always asking yourself, what is the next step for them?
And when you follow this mindset and formula for creating content, you will build relationships with your viewers, but you're also establishing credibility and authority, and your visibility will naturally expand.
