When I speak to someone about building a side hustle in Network Marketing, I think the number 1 objection I hear, its that they aren't sure they have the time. But that is exactly why you would want to build this business, because it is designed for busy people to create time freedom.
When you have a turn key system like network marketing, and if you're partnered up with a great support team that has all the tools in place for you to leverage, you can literally build this business in 30-60 minutes a day. A good leader knows their team's biggest problems, which is why they keep it super simple and don't make it unnecessarily complicated. Yes this business takes time, effort, and learning in order to create success. But it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. If you decide to create success in Network Marketing, and you commit to the journey, you will acheive great things.
The Key to Faster Success in Network Marketing
The key to making this business work is in making time and being intentional. Most people can't find the time in their busy day, which is why they have to create it. If you want to have average growth in this business, make 30-60 minutes a day in your calendar to work the income producing activities your mentor gives you.
PS. I don't recommend the home party model if you want to make it work in this small amount of time. You just simply cannot scale as quick with this little of time. Not that it doesn't work, but why work harder when you can work smarter?

Since we all have the same amount of hours in a day, and we're all busy, we need to carve out time in our day by making some short term exchanges for long term gain. Some people would call this a sacrifice, but I call this an investment. And it's actually amazing what you can do in the pockets of your day. Here are some times common circumstances that you can turn into opportunity.
- Lunch Break
- Skip TV, Netflix, and the News
- Listen to personal development while you drive, work out, clean or make dinner
- While you're waiting in the car at your kids activities
- Your child's nap time
- Sports Practice for the kiddos
- Wake up 30 minutes early or go to bed 30 minutes later
- Pee & Post
- Stop the scroll and turn the time you spend on social media into an income. You're on there anyways!
Income Producing Activity for your Network Marketing Business
When you break down what we do in this business, it's really simple. This business is built on the principles of word of mouth marketing, and we can do that actively and passively on social media. My goal is to show you how to be efficient and effective with the time you have so that you can get the best results. The first thing you need to think about is your goal. Most people over estimate what they can do in a year, but underestimate what they can do in 5 years. I want you to have a long term vision, with a commitment to the daily action steps required to create success. Make sure you have your goal posted every where!
To get the word out, we need a mix of creating curiosity and creating connections. I call this active and passive marketing. This is a relationship business, so actively networking is a skill required. In fact, networking is really required for any business that doesn't have a budget for advertising or media. You also want to create curiosity through your posts by sharing stories that will get people to think to themselves "hmm what is all this excitement about?" You want them to feel the need to engage, ask questions, and reach out to you for more information. If you give too much too soon, which is what most network marketers do, you lose the opportunity to create a lead.

Your Network Marketing Part Time Business Success Formula
So here is your action step formula. The first thing you need to do every day is get your mind right. Spend at least 10 minutes a day in personal development. You can read a book, listen to a podcast, or watch a training like this. Ill leave some links below to my favourite resources. Next you're going to map out where in your day you will make time to do the following activities. You can adjust these numbers according to your goals, but this is conservative for building a part time business at an average speed for the busy person.
- Start 2 new conversations a day
- Follow up with 2 people a day
- 2 posts a day to create curiosity plus a personal post
- Connect 2 new people to your tool each day. (we use the ATM system to keep it simple)
- Connect your new prospects with your mentor (we use group chats)
- Track your activity
It's important to remember that 80% of people buy between the 7th and 12th exposure, so keep your connection and follow up system tight so you don't have people falling through the cracks. Work on building, growing and serving your list daily.
